Michael Badorrek

Producer / Marketing Director

Michael began his career in marketing, media and the Arts with a four year stint as a journalist with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

Following two years of travelling through Europe and the Middle East, he completed an Honours degree in Film and Television at the Queensland University of Technology during which time he established a successful business in marketing, public relations and event management.

Seven years followed as Marketing and then Project Manager at the Queensland Government’s Pacific Film and Television Commission before he went on to head up the ABC’s Worldwide Program Sales division in Sydney in 2006.

Michael now splits his time developing and producing Loose Canon projects for the stage and the screen as well managing the media and communications activities of Loose Canon and the AIDS Council of NSW.
